In addition to completing the mechanical scope for the new 550,000 square foot corporate office and production facility, Environmental Mechanical served as the “point person” to successfully relocate the Honeywell (formerly Allied Signal) plant and 2000 employees to the One Technology Center location.  EMC self-performed piping and sheet metal and controlled all other disciplines.   We continue to work closely with Honeywell, completing multiple projects at the facility. We also work for Honeywell facility through Jones Lang LaSalle, including work in Olathe, Tulsa, Oklahoma (dust collection) and South Bend, Indiana (cold jet booth and dust collection system). Jones Lang LaSalle uses Isnetworld, a 3rd party contractor qualification service and EMC is approved as a 100% compliant contactor with Isnetworld, with a grade of “A”.
