EMC was selected for the tenant finish on this 237,000 square foot project which was completed in 2014. This facility boasts an 8,000 square foot, 90 foot tall atrium, cafeteria, a two-story slide, a health and wellness center including a dodge ball court and exercise room, more than 100 collaborative enclaves and 50 conference rooms.  It also includes a 233 seat auditorium. In addition to the amenities, the space was built with sustainability in mind.  23% of the facility was built with recycled materials and 31% of the building was made from materials locally within 500 miles.  It also has large windows for natural light.  The project will be seeking LEED certification.
