The historic 31-story Skyscraper located in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri was constructed in 1965, it is the ninth tallest habitable structure in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, and since the completion of the City Hall, it was the first locally designed Skyscraper in Kansas City. The building will be transformed  into  a  mixed-use facility for residential, education and commercial use. With Environmental Mechanical's extensive experience of historic loft renovations EMC hired to perform the design-assist with Hoss & Brown Engineers.
