EMC has provided mechanical installations on numerous projects in the public arena. Over the last 10 years, we have worked with General Contractors, architectural & engineering firms, the USACE, and federal, state and local authorities on over 40 government projects, including extensive work at Fort Riley, Kansas and Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. We recently completed 5 contracts at Fort Riley that contained 26 buildings, all of them design/build and totaling over 1,000,000 square feet of LEED Silver construction. This experience and our know-how of mechanical systems allows us to successfully meet government requirements on construction, retrofit and energy efficiency projects.
