Industrial building expansion to accommodate the facility’s growth. The project consisted of 103,000 SF of warehouse expansions, a 2,700 SF guardhouse/recruiter center, and 5,000 SF of existing office renovations, as well as major site improvements across the entire facility. The project involved the installation of a VRF cooling system, Corayvac infrared heaters, and large volume fans to condition the space. This project was unique because the Corayvac heaters that were implemented were a new type of gas fired low intensity heating for building efficiency.
