Medical Office Building shell (60,000 square feet) and complete tenant finish on all floors, adjacent to the hospital on the Overland Park campus. Full VAV system with electric reheat and DDC controls. Tenant finishes included:  Doctor’s office (Schroll), Women’s Clinic, Imaging Center Primary Care Center, Pediatric Care Facility and Ambulatory Surgery Center.  The ASC (13,750 square feet) is on the ground floor and consists of 2 surgery suites, recovery rooms, minor procedure areas and medical offices. The ASC is on a stand-alone system with its own RTU, boiler and hot water reheat system and HEPA filters.  The system also included steam humidification and Phoenix valve systems for pressurization of the surgery suites. Successfully completed in March 2007.
