Environmental Mechanical has successfully completed 2 separate projects at Shawnee Mission Medical Center; CARDIAC SERVICES, in 2008 and the WOUND CARE CENTER in 2010, both in the main hospital building.   

Both projects were build outs or additions from existing space. 

For Cardiac Services, areas in the addition/remodel included exam rooms, CT scanner rooms and bedding facilities. 

For the Wound Care Center, EMC provided and installed a humidifier, VAVs, exhaust fan, grilles, registers and diffusers. 

On both projects, the General Contractor was Excel Constructors, the architect was Slaggie Architects and engineering was by Henderson Engineers.
