Building 120 Renovation

Fort Leavenworth | KS

In January 2012 EMC began work on this LEED renovation project at Building 120, also known as Eisenhower Hall, part of the Command General Staff College’s campus at Fort Leavenworth.  The overall purpose of the project, which encompassed 220,000 square feet in two buildings joined by a walkthrough, was to replace the existing central plant and distribution piping with a new energy efficient hybrid geo-exchange system featuring 240 thermal wells, along with new power distribution, lighting and tenant renovation. The project was successfully completed in 2013.
