The 12 story office building was renovated into residential living units. This project consisted of the installation of 122 split systems with electric heat to service the apartments, building core, leasing offices, and basement amenities. 2 Corridor RTU’s with roof curbs and electric heat were added as well all associated HVAC duct and piping per the specifications.
