This ten-story commercial multifamily design build project consisted of the installation of an air cooled chiller with two split systems. The demo of the existing plenums and louvers on the second floor was followed by the addition of the new outside air duct for 3 new air intake hoods on the roof. The purpose of this was to supply the 2 AHUs on the second and 1 AHU on the first floor.  The entire remodel was performed while the building was under occupancy.
