Eileen Fisher KC had an issue with our HVAC starting with a smoke detector and wasn’t operable over the weekend. Derrick was the first tech on-site to help with the issue, Eric came in on Tuesday and worked like a Trojan to figure out our lack of air. Toward the end of Tuesday, Eric brought in a coworker and I am sorry I did not catch his name but, I want to thank them so very much.
