Environmental Mechanical successfully completes Bayer 1st Floor and Basement Renovation Project
EMC recently completed a 17,500 square foot renovation project at the Bayer industrial facility in
The project, which updated the entire MEP system and architectural features, was confined to the first floor and basement mechanical rooms of a single building of the “campus” facility.
EMC installed 2 owner provided air-handlers; 36 fan-coil units with chilled and hot water coils on the first floor; new chilled and hot water piping loops to replace the existing piping that served the second floor FCUs; and all supply, return, exhaust, and fresh air ducts for the entire floor
The construction schedule was very tight and required a large amount of trade stacking.
Congratulations to the entire EMC team that successfully completed this project.
