Tim Erickson

Tim Erickson is the Lead Estimator for Environmental Mechanical. He grew up in a family construction company with a hammer in one hand and a nail in the other.

At Environmental Mechanical Tim is involved in all estimates from start to finish and completes conceptual HVAC design estimates for design-build projects. He coordinates with engineers, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and general contractors on a daily basis and works with a variety of General Contractors and Owners in bidding plan & spec projects.

He also assures compliance of ductwork and hydronic piping take-offs, reviews other estimator's proposals and assists project managers at job turnovers and throughout the construction phase.

Tim has a B.S. degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
